Hi,

I did have a case on this but I'm wondering if anyone have an idea on our to fix this. We applied Tax Update 20D and is now no longer able to View W2 or 1095C. When clicking on View, nothing happens. The log shows this error:

PSXP_RPTDEFNMANAGER:Utility.ViewXMLPAttachment error: the Report file is not valid.
