Does PeopleTools 8.53 installer run in GUI mode in Linux

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 14 comments

Hello, i try to install PeopleTools 8.53 in Linux in Xterm but i keep getting the message "Preparing CONSOLE Mode installation ...." , do you know if PeopleTools 8.53 installer can run in GUI mode in Linux? the same windows i can bring up Tuxedo installer in GUI mode without any issues.

i would like to install it in GUI mode, but just can not get that
