UWQ hide worktypes in 12.2.10
Hi,
We are testing 12.2.10 and we noticed that in the UWQ there are now three additional work types that are not there in 12.1.3:
service request, case and ticket (see attached screenshot).
I know there are various IEX: and IEU: profiles but I cannot find anything to hide these three.
Does anyone know if there is a another way to hide these from the UWQ screen?
