Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. UWQ hide worktypes in 12.2.10

Hi,

We are testing 12.2.10 and we noticed that in the UWQ there are now three additional work types that are not there in 12.1.3:

service request, case and ticket (see attached screenshot).

I know there are various IEX: and IEU: profiles but I cannot find anything to hide these three.

Does anyone know if there is a another way to hide these from the UWQ screen?
