nVision: Does anyone know of another workaround for OpenXML Error - index out of bounds?

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

Hello!

Does anyone have any other suggestions for the following error: Open XML Error: "An OpenXml error occurred. Index was outside the bounds of the array" (Doc ID 2240063.1)

We are on PT 8.54 and are unable to upgrade quickly to resolve this issue. We have tried the recommended workaround in the above document which suggested using Excel Automation. This also did not work. We have saved the layout in the version of Excel on the server too, also with no success.
