Troubleshooting Elastic search for HCM

So this is weird. Some of employees are not able to search for Job Postings in Self-Service>Recruiting>Careers anymore. I can. When I cloned my user profile, I was not able to using my cloned profile?? All of the search indexes are running so not sure how to troubleshoot this?

Any ideas?
