Why does the PUM/Application not start after stopping/restarting virtual box?

Had a problem with both FSCM PUM image #36 and FSCM PUM image #37 - after installing, could log into application through the PIA and navigate. After stopping/re-starting the virtual box, could not. Message displays when the sign in page appears: "The system is not available at this time" try to log into the PIA even with that message displayed and then get the message "The application server is down at this time." Any help would be appreciated.
