1099 M/N 2020 - Witholding Codes and Withholding Types

PeopleSoft V9.2 Tools 8.55.15

When configuring the the Withholding codes and withholding types do I need to add all new values for

1099M/N

i.e.

01 = 01M

02= 02M

03 = 03M

or can they just be left with the 01/02/03 original values. I found a screen shot attached but I didn't see any reference to these in the Getting Ready for 1099 Changes and think they may be optional?
