How to enter Free Receive shares of equity

in Financial Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

I am receiving shares of an equity that just went public. Since I am not outlaying any cash for these shares, I need to enter them as a "Free Receive" at the custodian. The system will not allow me to enter a price of zero. How do I create a "Free Receive?" Thank you. PeopleSoft 9.2
