Configuring Oracle Workflow mailer with Office365 on EBS12.1.3

Hello All,

Am in a process of implementing office365 with Oracle Workflow for INBOUND and OUTBOUND.

Setup has been done and while sending test mail from oracle workflow am getting below error.

1:Thread[outboundThreadGroup1,5,outboundThreadGroup]:xxxxxxx:24097:1606231394711:27:ERROR:[SVC-GSM-WFMLRSVC-661187-10006 : oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.SMTPOutboundProcessor.send(Message)]:Exception occurred while sending message -> javax.mail.MessagingException: 451 5.7.3 STARTTLS is required to send mail [AM9P195CA0004.EURP195.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]

But when i send from OS level its working.
