SATOTALS is running long in EOD

satotals job is running long in our EOD schedule. Till last month it was running fine and completing in 3 min. But from this month it is running long randomly from 20 to 50 min. I wanted to know the reason as the volume wise it is same as previous months and DBA is telling that insert/delete into sa_exported_rev and sa_exported tables is taking time. As the total_seq_no is used for saexpgl job . what data will be inserted to sa_exported_rev and delete from sa_exported.
