UWQ Delinquent Bill To: populated but total = 0

Hi,

We continued testing 12.2.10 and are comparing thing with our current installation at 12.1.3.

We noticed that in the UWQ, the count for Delinquent Bill To is at 0, even though that is populated?

The setup is not changed, only an upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10.

We have a request set running 4x a day at specific times that run these requests:

IEX: Promise Reconciliation

IEX: Scoring Engine Harness

IEX: Strategy Management

IEX: Populate UWQ Summary Table

Refresh AR Transactions Summary Tables

Any idea what else I can check why that total stays at 0?
