Ignoring UPM Signon Statement when running nvision report process

Product: Peoplesoft Financials / PeopleTools8.58.05

When running nVision report processes, they are going to error citing:

"Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running"

after looking at the trace log, it shows:

"PeopleTools 8.58.05 Client Trace - 2020-11-25

PID-Line Time Elapsed Trace Data...

We've noticed the "Ignoring UPM Signon statement" seems to be consistent with these errors. Has anyone else experienced this? We are thinking of implementing the solution stated here:
