In PeopleSoft 9.2 image PUM33, AWE workflow, Skipped step is not appearing in approval path

Hi Team,

We are in Application version: 9.2 Finance, Image: PUM33, PeopleTools version: 8.57.10

In PeopleSoft 9.2 image PUM33, AWE workflow, Skipped step (skip due to no approver found in that step) is not appearing in approval path as "Skipped box".

In Previous PUM versions it should appeared like Screen shot "Old PS Version.jpg". But it is coming as per screen shot "Skipped step not appearing.JPG".

Now my question is, is the PUM33 display coming as expected, like "Skipped" box should not appear in approval path if no approval found, or this is a BUG.
