OAM login customization

Hello,

Is it possible to modify the "default" OAM login page (/oam/pages/login.jsp) without having to use a custom login page and modify the Authentication Scheme? In other words, without making any changes to the policies, can we edit the content of login.jsp? Is that available as part of any EAR deployment?
