PeopleTools (PT8.56+) Fluid Datepicker control in mobile sff UNUSABLE - doesnt allow YEAR selection

PeopleTools (PT8.56+) delivered Fluid 'datepicker' control for end-user date entry in date form record-fields as rendered on SFF mobile device format does not offer the ability to select/specify the year. Instead it is necessary to 'swipe' month by month to arrive at the needed year and month, which essentially makes it unusable to select a date many years from the current date, such as when entering birthday. This would typically require *hundreds* of swipes to enter a birthdate.

The datepicker control rendered on larger form factors does appear to offer year selection in the rendered UI.

However, presenting a Fluid form containing date fields is effectively unusable on mobile.
