OAF pages called from workflow notifications are not working after upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9

in Core Workflow - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Team,

We are in the process of upgrading our application from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9. As part of this we are facing issues wherein a custom OAF page link is available under a workflow notification. This URL is added as part of the message attribute and it is as follows ' ../../OA_HTML/OA.jsp?page=/name/oracle/apps/xxcust/eexp/webui/XXeExpBatchCreationPG&ReviewPG=Yes&Exp_Header_Id=-&XX_BATCH_HEADER_ID-&searchid=-&XX_SEARCH_ID-&NotificationID=-&#NID-'. In the upgrade system when I click on this link, it gives the error 'You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.
