Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a connected query that populates our Employee Benefit Confirmation statements in PeopleSoft (9.2 PT 8.55).

When an employee clicks on the confirmation statement they get the below error message

But when I run the query on its own the employee is returned in it. I am not sure why it gives this error? Any suggestions?
