How to recognize notification Approval that done by mistake

Hi ,

Please could you advise how I can recognize what notification that submit by user by mistake and he did not know if it Purchase requistion notification or Purchasing Order notification .

Please note I know user account and I have workflow administrator responsibility .

Please could you help me to know what was the notification that user approved by mistake .

We are using Oracle EBS12.1.3
