How to determine the route cause of oracle client installation failure

Hello all,

While installing oracle 19c client, installation had failed - this is basically an update system from 12.2.0.1 to 19c, while executing the command


C:\ProgramData\ABB\800xA\MediaRepository\Oracle\oracle19c\client32\install\oui.exe

12/04/2020 6:21:57 PM : -silent -noconfig -nowait -waitforcompletion -responseFile "c:\progra~3\abb\oracle\abb_im~2.rsp" ORACLE_HOME_NAME="OraDb19c_ADVA"

12/04/2020 6:22:05 PM : Main thread waiting for installation to be complete

12/04/2020 6:22:44 PM : Oracle 19 Client installation ended with Exit code : -1


I have looked at inventory logs but of no helpful , can you please help me which log files will be the right one to locate the reason of the error.
