Creating a tile for Recruiting Home Dashboard(Classic)

I am trying to create a Tile for Recruiting Home Dashboard(Classic) and created a content reference with

User is able to navigate to Recruiting Home using above link. If user access quick links on dashboard and tries to navigate back to recruiting home by selecting the breadcrumb link, he is seeing a malformed URL error.

This behavior is in PUM36.

We have the same customization in other environments(PUM33) and it behaves as expected i.e user is able to navigate using breadcrumb menu. Do I need any additional parameters on the portal registry structure to avoid this? or is there any work around for creating tile for classic dashboards?
