Can I clone twice simultaneously?

I need to clone our production database to two different servers in the early morning hours (04:00).

Is it possible to clone from a single file location? I.E. does RMAN lock the backup files and thus a second instance on separate server can not read the files.

Cluster 11.2.0.4

OS: RHEL 2.6.18-398.0.0.0.1.e15
