Load Real Time Vouchers from External Systems to PeopleSoft

Our client will be implementing a Procurement solution and wanted to check if there's a delivered functionality that will load vouchers real time from External system into Peoplesoft. We are currently at PS 9.2 Image 35 and wanted to check if there's a way to load the vouchers without running the Voucher Build process. I saw that VOUCHER EIP handled XML vouchers and uses the Application Messaging but this still need to go through the build process.
