Dear Team,

Our customer wants to implement Estate, Establishment and Property Cells and belongs to India PSU Insurance sector.

Would like to understand do we have any module in Oracle Financial EBS or any other Oracle product delivered which cover this functionality -

Database of Official premises(all India), their ownership, registration,lease document, etc
Database of residential premises(all India)and their ownership status
Contractors and Architects management
Refurbishment of Offices
Repairs,maintenance of immovable properties
