Unable to re-order tiles from personalize Homepage

All,

We are on PT-8.58.04 with HCM image#34.

We are unable to re-order tiles from personalize Homepage i.e. after rearranging and clicking on save button, we still see that the order of the tiles has not changed.

Could you please help with a solution for this?
