Switch web service off of ANONYMOUS Node

We are trying to push a delivered Web Service (QAS) off the default ANONYMOUS Node to a new one for security reasons, We created new External Node and Inbound Routings but cannot seem to get it to pick up.  

Suspect my issue might not be our config but how to setup SOAPUI to call the web service on the new Node to test our change.  But I am not sure. Currently getting 'Unable to find routing Corresponding to incoming request' error.

Any ideas, suggestions, or documentation on how to force web service calls to a specific Node? PeopleTools 8.57
