When upgrading PUM Images, does Change Assistant identify where you use Drop Zones and AE Actn Plug

We are upgrading from PT 8.56.23 to PT 8.58.07 and also up to PS Financials/SCM PUM Image 37 from PUM Image 24.

With the upgrade of Tools, the new features of Drop Zones and AE Action Plug-ins will now be available for us to use.

My question is when doing subsequent PUM Image upgrades, will our usage of Drop Zones and AE Action Plug-Ings be identified when the underlying delivered PeopleSoft object is changed so we are aware to review our configurations to see if they are still applicable? Does Change Assistant or other pieces of the PUM Upgrade process identify these things?
