Oracle Unified Directory (OUD 12c) Q: Can I change the lock file in configuration ?

Dear sir/madam,

We found an error after migrating the ODSEE configuration & schema to OUD 12c (using command: ./ds2oud --migrateAll). Then stop instance and start instance.

During the start of instance, the following error was found:

category=CONFIG severity=SEVERE_ERROR msgID=3408294 msg=Data (Personal/Minor)HK: The Directory Server was unable to acquire a shared lock for backend Data (Personal/Minor)HK: The attempt to obtain a shared lock on file /var/oud12/instance/OUD/locks/Data (Personal/Minor)HK.lock was rejected because the attempt to create the lock file failed: IOException(No such file or directory).
