WorkFlow mailer ORA-20002: 3825

Hi,

R12.2.4 on AIX

Cannot start Workflow mailer. When start, it stays long time in starting and finally: stopped with error or System Deactivated.

In log FNDCPGSC22xxxx ,we have:

 ORA-20002: 3825: Error '-20002 - ORA-20002: 3801: '' is not a valid agent name. FUNCTION_NAME=WF_EVENT_OJMSTEXT_QH.enqueue()' encountered during execution of Rule function 'WF_RULE.ERROR_RULE' for event 'oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.SvcComponent.start' with key 'SVC:17/12/2020'.

Any idea?
