Row Level Security for 'regular' employee

Hello - PS HCM - 9.2 PUM 24...Tools 8.57

Our goal - provide employees (all employees - no elevated security) with a tile that is connected to a query to return data for just there operid.

The users have access permissions for the records, however unless we grant the users row level they get no results (employees currently have no row level). Is there a row level security option that grants the user access to only there operator id?

For example DPMALL works, but would prefer to not grant a row level to users beyond what they need -- which is just their information/data?
