Enabling Form Factor

Hi,

I am trying to enable the form factor feature. Did the steps of modifying the web profile (prod) with showformfactor values. Then enabled the trace in PIA, to view the form factor option. It didnt work. Restarted the Web and App Server, but not working as required..

I am using a VM of CS 9.2/PT 8.58 on Linux platform.

Is there any alternative way to enable form factor or any 3rd party plugins or freewares which can be used.
