How to migrate Disconnected application accounts from 11gR2 to 12cPS4

Hi All,

We are doing out place migration from 11gR2 PS2 to 12c PS4, we have 300+ disconnected applications in 11gR2. We need to migrate the disconnected application user accounts to 12c PS4, so could please advise the best way of migrating the disconnected applications user accounts to 12c.
