Failed switchover : "ORA-16416: No viable switchover targets available"

Hello all,

I experienced certain difficulties when doing switchover from primary DB to standby with dataguard broker. Just to note here that primary DB was in physical machine and standby was in cloud platform. Switchover failed and I got the log

"ORA-16416: No viable switchover targets available"

Moreover, I am finding the following interesting oracle logs:

krsu_upi_status: Error 3816 attaching RFS server to standby instance at host 'instb_dg'

krsi_verify_network: Error 3816 attaching to LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2 standby host instb_dg
