What does the Voucher Priority field on Voucher Attributes tab do and how is it used?

We are currently on version 9.2 Image 33, PeopleTools 8.57. We found on the Voucher Attributes tab through the Regular Entry classic navigation there is a field called "Voucher Priority" located under the Workflow Approval section. When we have it set to High, for example, we do not notice any change on any of the approval pages (i.e. FSCM Worklist, User Monitor, Voucher Approval Framework). We were hoping it would display to the approver the particular voucher had a high priority as opposed to other vouchers set with a lower priority so they would know which should be worked first.

We currently are not using fluid approvals yet, but I saw in PeopleBooks the fluid approvals for vouchers will display a priority. Is the Voucher Priority field on the Voucher Attributes tab used for fluid approvals?
