Does RMAN support BLOB storage in Azure

Hi all!

We are currently are migrating our JDE database into Azure Cloud, we are currently running an 11g standard edition and planning to upgrade later to 19c standard edition , but as part of our infrastructure review, we would like to know if BLOB storage provided by Azure can be used by RMAN to store backups and if there is any restriction on it?
