Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I want to send notification to oracle application when CSV file arrive the specified path.

Please let me know how to create workflow file(.wft) in oracle workflow builder to send notification to oracle application r12.
