EBS Project controls functionality in Oracle cloud

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

We are currently on EBS 12.1.3 and looking to moving to Oracle Cloud however we have found a short coming in Oracle Cloud functionality. This relates to functionality we currently use in the Project Planning and Controls module, specifically in relation to Project Control and Change Orders. We use this functionality to to track all our project changes and impact budgets.

When we reviewed the same functionality in Oracle Cloud we found that the Project Controls functionality appeared to be somewhat watered down. It appeared not to have the same richness of functionality for example the ability to impact budgets.
