getCatalogDetails fails with "unknown method"

Hi All,

Trying to use OIM /reqsvc endpoint from SOA, so decided to run few tests with EM. All methods work fine: getUserDetails, getRoleDetails, etc... But getCatalogDetails fails with "unknown method" exception.

Has anybody seen such behavior? I'm on 12c4 version.
