Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Populating Entitlement Description Field

Hi everyone,

I need to populate entitlements description (ent_list.ent_description) field on db table. I can do that by calling EntitlementService API.

Question is : Is it possible to populate this field by populating lookup like populate Entitlement Lookup instead of calling API.
