OIM Authentication using different attribute

Hi,

We are planning to authenticate OIM using two Different LDAP Servers,

the SamAccountname for both the servers are different.

One extension attribute is common in both the LDAP Servers and known to OIM as well.

While one LDAP server can be configured using SAM Account name, How can other LDAP server can be configured to authenticate and authorize using extension attribute?
