HTML Approval Emails - emcGuid displays as a url

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

We are using html approval emails for absence management - vacation takes.

Some of the approval emails don't get processed b/c the emcGuid appears/displays as a active url in the email. See image attached. Any thoughts on how to resolve?
