Change password notification

Hello OIM Experts,

If OIM Administrator (xelsysadm user) resets the password of a user, an email goes out to the user only if 'Email new password to the user' checkbox is selected. By default this checkbox is disabled for Manual Change Password option, and enabled for Autogenerate Password option.

Through customizations, can we make this feature enabled for Manual Change Password option as well, and force an email to the user, each time their password is manually changed? This is regardless of whether the Administrator fails to select the Checkbox versus not.

Is it possible to achieve this through Sandbox Customization? In essence, it is the replica of same behavior noticed when one clicks on Autogenerate Password option, thus curious if Sandbox Customization is sufficient!! It does not matter whether the button is enabled versus disabled, but for each Manual Change Password, an email should reach the user.
