Change Package from older PUM to apply to new target using new PUM Change Assistant

Because of long dev/test period, PUM has advanced to new version since the packaged was created. I want to apply this change package now to a new target environment, I have to use the new PUM Change Assistant to prepare a CA job.

Warnings about the image version between source and change package not match, and the change package definition not in PUM. This is obvious, because the PUM is new.

Does this pose any issue to apply this change package this way?
