Voucher not paying out because Match Status = Ready

Good Afternoon!

Somehow we have a voucher that has created the ACCR Voucher Accounting Lines but it did not process through Matching and it is now 3 months later and payment still hasn't processed.

The voucher's Match Status = Ready but Post Status = Posted. Do you know how we can fix this voucher to get it paid? Any help would be extremely helpful! Thanks so much!
