Sql server database blocking occurs after upgrading database and people tools

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

we have upgraded database from 2016 to 2019 first then we have upgraded people soft tools from 8.56 to 8.58, after that we have seen that more number of blockings in sql server database, earlier sql server version 2016 we haven't seen any blockings and process also completed within 2 minutes...
