How to order the bars of a stacked bar chart in PeopleSoft Pivot Grid

I have created a Pivot grid with a 2D Stacked Bar Chart. I also published it as a tile. When I view the Pivot Grid in Viewer or on the Tile the order of the Stacks on the Stacked Bar Chart have changed. Is there a way to control the order that these appear in the viewer and on the file? Also can you control the colors of the bars? I have attached a screen shot showing the chart in the Wizard vs. the chart on the tile.
