I get "invalid XML" msg when logging into our dev system with ExcelToCI while testing new hardware

Using a spreadsheet that used ExcelToCI in our development system (testing new hardware) and when I try to login to the development system, I get an "invalud XML" error. When I do the same thing in our test system, I do not get an error. Our new hardware is Exadata. Any ideas? or similar experience?
