Issue in Displaying characters with CommGen : Ok with some and Not Ok with others in the same Batch

Hello Community,

We currently use ComGen to send emails to students. We are preparing an important number of email dispatching. In our testing, we noticed that in some letters, there are a display problems in the letter only for some students . For the same batch, some letters are OK but others are not.

Have anyone ever had a similar problem?
