Multi-lingual system generated email

Dear All,

We have a project requirement, to send system generated email, using both English and Arabic. The email body should have English context, followed by the same context in Arabic.

Please advise how this can be accomplished. Also, can the system generate email with only Arabic context.

Please share your expertise.
