Implementing Fluid replacement for desupported classic page: how to identify bug id of fluid page?

We are working on implementing Fluid UI replacements for a bunch of classic pages which either have already gone out of support or will be de-supported soon. We have identified the list of Fluid pages to be implemented using the list provided in this page - https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=24516066184934&id=2238983.2&_adf.ctrl-state=erkm350ni_53.

Our understanding is after this we need to identify the bug ids corresponding to each of the Fluid UIs we want to implement and then do a selective adoption of those and related bug ids using Update Manager. We are looking for suggestions on the best way to identify the bug id which delivers a particular Fluid UI. Kindly help.
