OUD 12.2.1.4 Is there a CLI version of the installation file?

We can only find a jar version of the 12.2.1.4 installation file. We cannot run a GUI due to xterm issues. We had no problems with 11g as we could untar the installation file to the Disk1 directory structure and the run the CLI runinstaller process. Is anyone aware of whether there is a 11g style installation file available for 12c?
